Having a pressure seal machine is a great asset to any company doing payroll, invoice and so much more. It really pays for it self quickly vs doing everything manual labor.

Never know when you may come upon an issue with the pressure sealer machine. Make sure that your tray's are pushed up exactly to the machine. If your off just a little, it can make your paper to not fold correctly.

One good thing to always do is this. If you have bad weather with lightning. Unplug your machine, so it wont get fried by the lightning. As expensive as the pressure sealer machines are. You dont want to have it damaged. Also, get a dust cover to protect it from the office dust. Walking on the carpet puts alot of dust in the air. Get a can of air, and blow it out time to time. Up keeping your machine will prolong the life of it.

Maintenance kits are also important. If your not sure. Always call the manufacture for the precise information for your machine.
